We sell no hardware, and the only software we offer is the optional Huntress watch. If a fix needs a purchase, the finding says what and roughly what it costs.

The phone app contains no pricing and no way to buy anything. Deliberately.

What decides the assessment price?
How many computers and how many locations. A single site with five machines is a few hours; two sites with thirty is a couple of days. We quote in writing before the visit, and the quote is the price.
What does the monthly fee actually buy?
The portal for everyone at your business, a visit every quarter with a fresh assessment, verification that what you fixed stayed fixed, alerts between visits, and a person to ask when something is unclear.
Can we stop?
Yes, at the end of any quarter. Your data is exported on request and then deleted within thirty days. There is no minimum term beyond the current quarter.
Do you fix things for us?
No. We find it, explain it, and check that it stayed fixed. The fixing is done by you or whoever looks after your computers, using the numbered steps and rough times in each finding. When we say something is fixed, it is because we checked.
Do we need to buy anything?
No. The assessment and the portal need nothing installed and no licence to hold. The one exception is the optional Huntress watch, which puts a small agent on each computer and is quoted on its own. If a fix needs a purchase, say a proper backup drive or a router that still gets updates, the finding says so and roughly what it costs.
What is the Huntress watch?
Huntress is a security company built for small businesses, and Mitivanta is a Huntress partner. Their agent runs on each computer and their analysts watch around the clock. If something gets in, they can cut that computer off the network until it is cleaned up, and hand your IT team what happened and what to fix. The cleanup is your IT team’s job, not ours or Huntress’s. You see all of it in your portal, next to your findings.
What does the AI chatbot test check?
Whether the chatbot on your website can be talked out of its instructions, made to repeat what it was told to keep private, or made to write something harmful. We run it only with your written permission, keep counts rather than the conversations, and a person reads every result before you see it.
Is the app extra?
No. The phone app is the same portal, included, for ticking things off standing at the machine.
