Areas we serve

The visit is in person. Everything after it is not.

We drive to businesses within about an hour’s drive of Bakersfield, CA. The portal, the quarterly checks and the person answering your questions work from anywhere.

Why we come to you

A network can only be tested from inside it

Remote scans see what the internet sees, which for most small businesses is one router doing its job. The problems live behind it: the wifi password on a sticky note at the till, the PC that has not restarted for updates since spring, the backup drive nobody has tried to restore from. Finding those means standing in the room.

  • We plug a laptop into your network and see it the way anyone on your wifi would.
  • We sit at each computer for half a minute and check what a scanner cannot.
  • We ask the questions: who shares a login, where the passwords live, what the backup actually is.

Further out

Honest answers for everywhere else

A bit further
Past the usual radius, we quote the travel as its own line so you can see it. Two visits a year to a business a couple of hours away is normal; we just say what the drive costs.
Between visits, anywhere
The portal, the app, the alerts and the questions all work from wherever you are. Once the first visit is done, nothing else about the service depends on distance.
Not near us at all
If a visit is not practical we will tell you, and point you at what to ask a local firm for. We would rather lose the job than do a remote scan and call it an assessment.

Tell us where you are

One line with the town and roughly how many computers is enough. You will hear back the same day with whether we come out, and what it would cost.

Ask about your area

Not sure if we come to you?

Ask. If the drive is reasonable we will make it, and if it is not we will say so instead of quoting a price that includes a hotel.
