About
Built because the report never got read
Mitivanta exists because every small business we looked at had the same story: someone once did a security audit, the PDF went in a drawer, and nothing on it was ever fixed.

The idea
Security for businesses that cannot hire someone for it
A bakery, a dental practice, a contractor with three trucks. Each of them runs on a handful of computers, a wifi network and a payment terminal, and none of them has anyone whose job is keeping those safe. The big firms are priced for companies with an IT department. The alternative has been a relative who is good with computers.
Mitivanta is the middle: a proper assessment, done in person with the same tools the big firms use, written up for the owner instead of an engineer, and followed through in a portal until the list is empty.
It is a young firm and, for now, one person doing the visits. That is said plainly here because you will meet that person on the first day, and because it means the person who found the problem is the person who answers the phone about it.
How we work
Six rules, kept on every job
- Plain words first
- Every finding is written for the person who runs the business. The technical detail is there, one click away, for whoever they hand it to.
- Nothing invented
- A finding traces to something we saw or something you told us. When we are unsure, the finding says so, and we check by hand before it reaches you.
- Readiness, never compliance
- We can measure whether you are ready against a checklist. Whether you are compliant is a judgement an auditor makes, and we do not pretend otherwise.
- Your data stays yours
- The findings, the devices, the record of what was fixed. Exported when you ask, deleted within 30 days if you leave.
- We come back
- A fix that nobody verified is a hope. Every quarter we look again, and the portal shows what held.
- Priced for the size of the business
- A quoted visit and a flat monthly fee. No licences, nothing to install, and no upsell hidden inside the findings.
The tools
The same scanners the big firms use, and a person who reads the output
On the day we use the industry's standard network and vulnerability scanners, plus a short check on each Windows computer that a scanner cannot make from outside. Software drafts the first version of the findings in plain words. A person reviews every one before it reaches you, and rewrites the ones the software got wrong.
The portal itself, the dashboard, the findings and the app on your phone, is ours, built for this and nothing else. What a visit involves →
